Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfort with a diverse range of client problems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a team to address community mental health needs.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients meet their goals.
- Coordinate services with other providers and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
