Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with diverse client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check for safe care.
- Demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation per company policy, including case notes.
- Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintain at least 32 patient care hours per week for full-time status.
- Coordinate services with care providers and attend clinical meetings.
