Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with individuals having mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
- Preferably successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam; open to new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH to provide comprehensive behavioral health services.
- Customize the care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of appointments.
- Perform medication management and individual psychotherapy, as well as family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
