• Strong analytical capabilities and mastery of Excel required.
• Technical skills in SQL are a bonus.

• Attention to detail and speed in execution.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with Supplier & DC operation teams.
• Self-starter with ability to investigate and analyze data independently.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights for accurate demand forecasting.
• Develop strategies to manage demand variability considering seasonality and promotions.
• Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand and supply.
• Prepare and present demand planning reports to senior management.
• Plan inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs.
• Engage with internal stakeholders for collaborative forecasting.
• Analyze sales data and utilize statistical models for projections.
• Identify and implement improvements in demand planning processes.
• Collaborate across functions to support supply chain initiatives.
