• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, with cold calling experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Willingness to work US business hours (evenings in the Philippines).
• Available to work as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US.
• Introduce the company's services and products, engage prospects, and generate leads.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Adapt to various client needs and industry verticals.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for process improvements.
