Licensed Therapist I (LSW/LPC) - Loop

Requirements:

• Must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Social worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT).
• Master's in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 0 to1-year prior experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial: Family-focused therapy, Multi-systemic therapy, CBT | DBT | ACT, EMDR (must be certified), Hypnosis (must be certified and show proof from an accredited organization), Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management), CADC, Marriage and Family Therapy

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care.
• Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional)
• Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
• Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.
