Requirements:

• Must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT).
• Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of internship experience required.
• 0 to 1 year of prior clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with family-focused therapy, multi-systemic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR (certified), hypnosis (certified), health psychology, CADC, and marriage and family therapy is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals consistent with clinical and administrative policies.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision, and values in daily activities.
