Requirements:

• Must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT).
• Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field is required.
• 1 to 2-year internship and 0 to 1-year prior experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with treatment modalities like family-focused therapy, multi-systemic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR (certification required), hypnosis (certification required), and health psychology is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to various populations.
• Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plans.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote Clarity Clinic’s mission and adhere to policies and standards.
