Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in business applications.
• Proven experience leading design and implementation of complex enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of IT applications like ERP, HRIS, cloud platforms, and billing systems.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
• Experience with data integration, APIs, middleware, and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance in business applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the overall business application architecture aligned with organizational goals.
• Create roadmaps and strategic plans for application evolution.
• Lead assessments of current application landscapes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for technology adoption and innovation.
• Lead design and integration of business applications ensuring security and scalability.
• Provide architectural guidance on application development projects.
• Ensure applications meet flexibility and optimization standards for cloud and on-premise solutions.

• Establish and enforce application architecture standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
• Maintain documentation for all business applications.
