Requirements:

• Must have OND in any field with a minimum of Lower Credit.
• Cash handling experience is an added advantage.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
• High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Integrity and strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Accept cash deposits and withdraw cash for customers against their account balances.
• Process currency exchanges and cash cheques for account holders.
• Assist customers with inquiries and promote banking products.
• Record transactions accurately in the bank’s systems and maintain customer account information.
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile records with physical cash.
• Adhere to banking regulations, including AML and KYC guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products.
• Follow security protocols to prevent fraud and report suspicious activities.
• Educate customers about bank products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with staff and participate in training sessions.
