Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required preferably in business, marketing, or engineering.
  • Ideally 7+ years of outside sales experience in an industrial market, including 2+ years handling key accounts.
  • Strong skills in balancing multiple tasks/projects and being a self-starter.
  • Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and develop positive relationships in assigned account markets.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving the sales quota with key accounts mainly in NE, MT, ND, SD, WY, CO, KS, IA, and MO.
  • Act as point of contact with end customer to develop and increase sales, negotiate contracts, drive product and system sales.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Provide annual forecast with quarterly updates to support Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to identify new product categories or markets.
  • Support business by generating new growth accounts while maintaining and developing existing accounts.
