Requirements:

• At least three years' relevant experience in overseeing awards or projects.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering high-quality, impactful projects.
• Effective organization and administration skills with attention to detail.
• Project management skills, able to deliver objectives on time and within budget.
• Experience in building productive relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in creating written and digital communications for various audiences.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in planning and delivering successful events.
• Strong experience in data-driven analysis to inform future strategies.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and delivering all aspects of the Green Gown Awards programme.
• Running day-to-day administration involved in the application and judging processes.
• Developing and generating income for the awards through various channels.
• Managing steering groups overseeing the awards.
• Overseeing event management of award ceremonies.
• Leading webinars and other events to improve engagement.
• Creating and delivering high-quality communications.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure broad dissemination of the awards.
• Managing data collection to monitor the impact of the awards.
• Building and developing relationships with stakeholders.
