Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information security, IT, computer science, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or related role.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, or Security+ highly preferred.
• Prior experience securing cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and compliance frameworks (HITRUST, PCI DSS).
• Proven ability in conducting security assessments and incident response.
• Proficiency with network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs).
• Strong understanding of OS platforms (Windows, Linux) and endpoint security.
• Experience in managing and securing cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Application Security (OWASP, SAST, DAST).
• Expertise in the latest security principles, techniques, and standards.
• Proficiency in various security systems including intrusion detection, anti-virus software, and identity management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on management of all security solutions across the organization including SIEM, DLP, and vulnerability management.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents.
• Participate in Incident Response on-call rotation.
• Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Manage and secure identities in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Develop strategies for Data Loss Prevention and identify gaps.
• Stay informed about the latest cyber threats.
• Conduct system and network reviews for compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate security into SDLC.
• Enforce secure coding standards.
• Identify and document cyber risks and manage mitigation.
• Participate in audits and support GRC efforts.
