Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 7-8 years of relevant work experience or 3-5 years for CPA holders.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and processes.
• Experience in a SOX environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Experience managing offshore teams is desirable.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate experience in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.
• Identify and resolve accounting, reporting, and other issues.
• Simplify processes and automate accounting functions.
• Leverage data mining skills for comprehensive analysis.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with senior management.
