Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in health plan operations including enrollment, finance, call center, claims, case management, and utilization management.
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading technical teams.
• 5+ years working with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, BI Tools such as SSRS/Visual Studio, and Tableau.
• Experience with data warehousing design and implementation is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, design skills and solid communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile development methodology is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development lifecycle of reports, dashboards, and client deliverables.
• Provide technical direction to the data engineering team and collaborate with client partners.
• Coordinate design needs between teams and management.
• Work with business partners to gather requirements for reports and dashboards.
• Develop best practices in a regulated environment.
• Provide guidance and leadership in report distribution and analytics.
• Foster staff development through knowledge sharing and growth opportunities.
