Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psychological Testing)

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois.
• Hold a licensed PhD/PsyD or be a Post Doctoral candidate.
• Experience in psychological testing and assessment preferred but not required.
• Have a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1-2 years internship and 2-7 years clinical experience, or a PhD/PsyD with zero to three years clinical experience.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet direct service expectations and complete necessary documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological testing and evidence-based therapy sessions to diverse populations.
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals in line with clinical and administrative policies.
• Participate in organizational training and professional development.
• Promote and demonstrate the clinic’s mission and values through daily behavior and job performance.
