Requirements:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in a similar role within a SaaS software company.
• Knowledge of financial processes or payment products.
• Passion for API development.
• Good sensitivity to data, design, and agile topics.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions, show autonomy, and take initiative.
• Use of concrete facts and analyses for argumentation over hypotheses.
• Familiarity with agile development methods (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities:

• Imagining and executing the vision of Financial Services products.
• Communicating product features and business value to stakeholders.
• Defining short and long-term roadmaps with the Group PM.
• Creating and evolving new features to enhance customer performance.
• Conducting market and product analyses to identify functional gaps.
• Managing, prioritizing, and optimizing the functional backlog for the development team.
• Gathering customer feedback and anticipating future needs.
• Collaborating with various teams like engineering, legal, data, marketing, and product design.
