Requirements
- Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
- Supervision under consulting psychiatrists is acceptable.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.
- New graduates are also welcome.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize patient care and determine visit frequency and duration.
- Provide medication management and individual psychotherapy.
- Conduct family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling and focus on patient care without extra on-call responsibilities.
