Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Lead the creation of visual concepts, mood boards, and design executions from ideation through to final delivery.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives while pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
- Oversee the design process, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality, cohesive deliverables across digital, print, social media, and other media platforms.
- Present and articulate creative ideas, concepts, and strategies to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to inspire fresh and cutting-edge concepts.
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creative output.
