BI Product Manager / Data Product Analyst

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in a technical field related to B2C or B2B products (backend, frontend, mobile development, and product management).
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role (BI analyst, Data PM).
• Experience working on or with a product team delivering digital consumer-facing products (E-commerce, Games, or ideally Education / Health).
• Education in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or Business Intelligence, Business Administration.
• Strong experience in SQL, Standard Bigquery, PostgreSQL.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Personal experience as a user of digital health, education, or productivity apps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and collaborate within the product and growth team the strategy and roadmap for our mobile and web applications.
• Analyse data and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimising performance.
• Run deep analysis on user's behaviour, identify patterns, and provide solutions.
• Manage and deliver technical projects & product features on time and within budget.
• Become the point of contact for all BI-related topics within the organisation.
• Be responsible for running and completing feature experiments.
• Be responsible for the data warehouse and building internal reports.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Care, and CRM Departments.
