Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in India and Canada.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
Responsibilities
- Partners with the leadership team to execute human resource and talent strategy related to recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provides guidance on complex HR issues and manages talent acquisition processes including recruitment and hiring.
- Analyzes compensation and benefits trends and proposes competitive pay programs.
- Creates learning and development programs to enhance internal employee development.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings and maintains compliance with employment laws.
