Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience required.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in India and Canada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the leadership team to execute human resource and talent strategy related to recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provides guidance on complex HR issues and manages talent acquisition processes including recruitment and hiring.
  • Analyzes compensation and benefits trends and proposes competitive pay programs.
  • Creates learning and development programs to enhance internal employee development.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings and maintains compliance with employment laws.
