Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry in a similar role, including 2+ years in a leadership position.
- Proven sales leadership experience in Commercial accounts.
- Strong background in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Executives.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets within the Commercial segment across EMEA.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the Commercial sector.
- Lead upsell efforts within the existing customer base.
- Represent 1Password at industry events and stay informed on cybersecurity trends.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams.
