Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry in a similar role, including 2+ years in a leadership position.
  • Proven sales leadership experience in Commercial accounts.
  • Strong background in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to coach team members on engaging with Commercial accounts.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, specifically in Identity Access Management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Executives.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets within the Commercial segment across EMEA.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the Commercial sector.
  • Lead upsell efforts within the existing customer base.
  • Represent 1Password at industry events and stay informed on cybersecurity trends.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams.
