Requirements:
  • Doctoral or master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Significant clinical expertise in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety and OCD in children and adolescents.
  • Experience supervising and managing mental health professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to a team of masters or doctoral-level therapists.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring therapists with expertise in working with children and families.
  • Support therapists in meeting role expectations, set clear goals, and provide regular feedback.
  • Track and analyze data on therapists to monitor performance and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Assist with escalations and guide decisions in alignment with best practices.
  • Support the development and administration of training programs for therapists.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration related to clinical policies and procedures.
  • Optionally provide direct care to a limited number of patients.
  • Support patient safety and manage risk during business hours.
  • Provide clinical coverage during therapist absences.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage HR-related tasks for individual therapists.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
