Requirements:
- Doctoral or master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Significant clinical expertise in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety and OCD in children and adolescents.
- Experience supervising and managing mental health professionals.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to identify solutions in time-sensitive situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and a positive work environment.
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Appropriate independent provider licensure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision to a team of masters or doctoral-level therapists.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring therapists with expertise in working with children and families.
- Support therapists in meeting role expectations, set clear goals, and provide regular feedback.
- Track and analyze data on therapists to monitor performance and develop action plans for improvement.
- Assist with escalations and guide decisions in alignment with best practices.
- Support the development and administration of training programs for therapists.
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration related to clinical policies and procedures.
- Optionally provide direct care to a limited number of patients.
- Support patient safety and manage risk during business hours.
- Provide clinical coverage during therapist absences.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage HR-related tasks for individual therapists.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
