• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluency in Polish (native) and English.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for cross-channel country strategy and growth, starting in Poland.
• Developing and executing the go-to market strategy for the local market.
• Organizing local events and improving UX/UI.
• Optimizing processes and implementing tools.
• Collaborating closely with management and all departments.
• Preparing business plans and reports.
