Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in coaching, advising, or workforce development in a 1:1 capacity, specifically supporting job searches for technical roles.
• Ability to coach from an empathetic and accountable perspective.
• Knowledge of the hiring process and effective job search in tech.
• Track record of producing measurable results and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems (e.g., Hubspot, LMS, Zoom).
• Outstanding customer service mentality and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in listening and coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and/or group career coaching regarding job search in technical fields with students in a high-volume, online environment.
• Respond promptly and supportively to student career concerns via email.
• Track outcomes of coaching calls via CRM, providing detailed notes.
• Implement effective coaching strategies to ensure competitiveness.
• Hold students accountable to policies to meet placement goals.
• Support career curriculum development and administration of webinars.
• Escalate and develop intervention plans for students of concern.
• Attend meetings/training sessions and review recordings of missed sessions.
