• Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication.
• Experience working collaboratively with designers, engineers, user researchers, and product teams.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience driving user research studies.
• Low ego, collaborative, and open-minded approach.
• Ability to simplify complexity and create order from uncertainty.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Product Designers.
• Proactively identify blockers, opportunities, and improvements in the product area.
• Be involved in all decision-making phases of projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product vision.
• Direct resource allocation for the team.
• Mentor other designers and implement working processes.
• Organize and document the team's projects.
