Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• 2-3 years of experience specifically with Salesforce Commerce.
• Experience working in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, security, data management, applications, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Salesforce certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Salesforce Commerce projects concurrently, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Communicate with clients to understand business needs and provide regular updates on project status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and testers to meet project requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budget estimates.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, collaborating with stakeholders to create contingency plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and advice to clients and internal teams.
