Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in Zoho development and administration. Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books. Experience in customizing Zoho applications, including workflows, automations, and reports. Basic understanding of web technologies and APIs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
