• Experience in customizing Zoho applications, including workflows, automations, and reports.
• Basic understanding of web technologies and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather user requirements and implement custom solutions.
• Create and maintain Zoho workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Zoho applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and releases to continuously improve our systems.
