Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing ServiceNow applications.
• At least 2 years of experience focused specifically on ITOM & ITAM.
• Proven experience in deploying ServiceNow solutions within large-scale organizations, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript.
• Required certifications include Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Preferred qualifications include skills in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM modules to enhance workflows for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools to ensure seamless data exchange and automation efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business and ITIL needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to maintain optimal function of the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, providing recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
