Requirements:

• Track record of creatively scoping ambiguous problems, generating strong hypotheses.
• Grit and creativity to overcome obstacles.
• Success in resolving problems and trying various approaches.
• Ability to work autonomously and set personal goals.
• Quick learning of new software products.
• Demonstrated bias towards achieving outcomes, including assisting others on different teams.
• Experience collaborating on product iteration with design, management, or engineering teams is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify important mission problems with users that can be addressed with Vannevar’s products or new product development.
• Continuously adjust hypotheses based on new information.
• Solve problems and generate meaningful mission outcomes by embedding with user groups and becoming a domain expert.
• Develop a thesis for broader programs and create compelling mission pitches.
• Partner with business development to win program deals and excite customers about mission impact.
