Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or Supply Chain.
• 1-3 years previous experience as a project manager within WMS.
• Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Organized and able to create timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
