Requirements:

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
• Experience working with Game Studios and Publishers.
• Experience working with game development technologies, platforms (i.e., Unity, Unreal), and platform technologies.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Support Aethir Business Development and Sales team to help formulate a strategy for the adoption of Cloud Gaming.
• Work with existing and potential customers to deeply understand their business and technical needs.
• Develop solutions that make the best use of the Aethir Atmosphere product.
• Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and support teams to ensure customer success.
• Exhibit thought leadership, evangelize Aethir products & services, share best practices, and participate in conferences.
• Act as technical liaison between customers and the service engineering teams, providing product improvement feedback to Aethir developers and accelerating the adoption of new features in customer solutions.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge pertaining to Cloud Gaming technologies among the game industry community.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
