Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a technical field.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment over 8 feet and lifting items up to 50lbs.
• Valid and current Driver's License, insurable by the company’s insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems using Direct Digital Control technology.
• Serve as a local contact for technical issues and provide effective solutions for complex systems.
• Ensure proper system operations including controls, sensors, and software.
• Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports.
• Implement time management strategies for customer satisfaction.
• Document project status and details for customers.
• Provide site-specific training to owners/operators on the complete system.
