Development Relations Lead, Interdisciplinary and Engaged Science

Own the development operating strategy for core organizational support, workshops, and engaged research portfolios.
Manage a portfolio of 50-100 institutional and individual donors and prospects, directly cultivating roughly half.
Conduct prospect research and qualification for institutional and high-net-worth individual prospects.
Coordinate the development of proposals, reports, and written materials in partnership with program leads.
Lead the organization's funder CRM by consolidating records into Salesforce and maintaining data management systems.
Advise senior leadership on fundraising priorities and donor outreach strategies.
Draft proposal budgets and manage financial reports to ensure compliance across the grant lifecycle.
