- Meet or exceed sales goals via effective territory management.
- Lead a team of 7–8 Regional Sales Managers through active coaching and development.
- Oversee monthly goal setting and growth strategies for the region.
- Demonstrate software solutions at the end-user and channel partner levels.
- Drive the CRM process to manage the business and measure results.
- Conduct quarterly joint sales calls with team members.
- Manage key distribution accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop policies and procedures for the sales organization.
- Attend key regional and national trade shows.
