- 3+ years of experience and knowledge in paid media buying.
- Background in advertising and marketing, with strong digital marketing experience.
- Certification in Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding and practical knowledge of UTMs and performance tracking.

- Continually optimize campaign performance based on data.

- Report on campaign performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Develop and manage paid media buying processes.
