🔍 Healthcare and AI-driven technology

  • Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or in a senior technology leadership role at an early-stage startup.
  • Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, platform scaling, cloud, and AI technologies.
  • Hands-on development experience with the latest technologies.
  • Experience building data products, including ETL processes and working with LLM and SLM models.
  • Experience shipping genAI products in a 0-1 environment.
  • Experience with data engineering strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • PhD or MS degree in AI or computer science.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

  • Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap to align with business goals.

  • Nursing Degree is required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of WOCN or NP experience is necessary.

  • Orders appropriate topical products, compression therapy, and referrals based on guidelines.
  • Organizes care plans through assessment, examination, and education.
  • Uses remote patient monitoring to inform treatment and care management.
  • Consults with home health agencies and clinicians regarding wound care.
  • Participates in quality management and continuous improvement projects.
