Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Daniels Talent Solutions' client portfolio across multiple industries.
Identify and pursue new opportunities with corporate employers, nonprofit organizations, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies.
Build and maintain relationships with executive leaders, HR executives, hiring managers, procurement professionals, and organizational decision-makers.
Research and qualify Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), staffing opportunities, consulting engagements, and strategic partnerships.
Lead proposal development and collaborate with the CEO on presentations and interviews.
Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to develop customized workforce solutions that meet client needs.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting within Click Up (CRM System)
