🔍 Intellectual Property

  • Ideally professional diploma or qualification in a related field (e.g., Commerce or Administration) or working experience in IP or a Customer Service orientated role
  • Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Client orientated thinking
  • Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are considered as an asset
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and setup of their services.
  • Liaise with commercial team during prospecting and consult regarding client-centric solutions for our Patent renewals department
  • Manage, maintain, and regularly update client-specific portfolios in alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism, discretion and promptly in a multinational environment, delivering excellent customer service during US time zones.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of client concerns.
  • Convey patent-related information clearly and efficiently to other Dennemeyer departments and customers worldwide, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the onboarding experience for US clients.
