  • Submit Purchase Orders and Invoices/ track and manage all payments through Finance
  • Ensure vendors are paid on time working closely with Account Management & Finance
  • Track and file paperwork in job jackets
  • Actualize/close jobs with Producers & Finance
  • Oversee matters for other business affairs managers on the team when appropriate
