🔍 Managed IT Services

  • Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Solid technical background across the entire IT Infrastructure / Managed Services technology stack.
  • Experience with PowerShell and/or other programming language - C#, .NET, SQL.
  • Experience with RPA tools like Rewst and Immybot is preferred.
  • Experience with RMM tools like ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya preferred.

  • Assist with development efforts of content we create and customize for our MSP partners.
  • This includes SQL, PowerShell, C#, and RMM Scripting via ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya VSA.
  • Work on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms like Rewst and Immybot.
