Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Solid technical background across the entire IT Infrastructure / Managed Services technology stack.
Experience with PowerShell and/or other programming language - C#, .NET, SQL.
Experience with RPA tools like Rewst and Immybot is preferred.
Experience with RMM tools like ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya preferred.

Assist with development efforts of content we create and customize for our MSP partners.
This includes SQL, PowerShell, C#, and RMM Scripting via ConnectWise Automate or Kaseya VSA.
Work on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms like Rewst and Immybot.
