- 10+ years of experience in cloud engineering and operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale AWS cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of modern Site Reliability Engineering practices and principles.
- Demonstrated experience driving team transformation and change management.
- Hands-on experience using AI-driven tools to improve team effectiveness.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure tools for monitoring, deployment, and security.
- Experience driving process and culture transformation across organizations.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Site Reliability Engineers and leaders, and set the vision for transforming the organization to an SRE model.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud services across multiple geographies.
- Implement and improve automation, incident management, and capacity planning practices.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for cloud infrastructure and operations to support business growth and acquisitions.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure management and optimization for cost-efficiency, including governance of cloud and monitoring resource usage.
- Maintain and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with product development teams to support delivery of new functionality and capabilities to the SaaS platform and hosted products.
- Develop and manage budgets for cloud infrastructure and tooling.
- Evaluate and implement technologies and tools for cloud infrastructure and operations.
- Lead adoption of AI-based tools and support transformation to a DevOps culture.
