Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need something changed.
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Help customers identify suitable insurance companies and navigate the app.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve the product.
