Responsibilities
- Assist pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address changes or cancellations.
- Verify insurance eligibility.
- Register new patients.
- Collect and update patient information in the dental office’s database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone during patient interactions.
