Requirements
- Have 4+ years of proven experience in large-scale enterprise software environments with multiple concurrent release streams as a Release Manager or in a similar role.
- Have experience managing releases for SaaS, cloud-native, or enterprise software products.
- Know Git workflows, branch management, and release versioning.
- Understand modern software development and Agile methodologies.
- Have experience working closely with DevOps and Engineering teams.
- Have stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence.
- Have an upper-intermediate level of English.
- Nice to have: experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Nice to have: experience supporting customer-facing production deployments.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products.
- Coordinate release planning, release candidates, production deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases.
- Define and improve release management processes, standards, and governance.
- Optimize branching, merging, and versioning strategies.
- Partner with Team Leads, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure release readiness.
- Manage release risks, dependencies, and cross-team communication.
- Drive improvements in deployment automation, CI/CD processes, and release reliability.
- Maintain release documentation, deployment runbooks, and rollback procedures.
- Monitor release metrics and improve release quality, predictability, and efficiency.
