Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience in Power BI or Business Intelligence.
- Have good knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Have practical experience with DAX and Power Query (M).
- Have intermediate SQL skills.
- Have experience with data modelling, including star schemas, relationships, fact tables, and dimension tables.
- Be able to create clear, functional, user-friendly dashboards.
- Know data preparation, transformation, and analysis processes.
- Have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Be fluent in Polish and communicative in English.
- Microsoft Fabric or Azure knowledge, Power Automate experience, basic Python knowledge, Git or Azure DevOps familiarity, or Microsoft PL-300 certification are strong pluses.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards in Power BI.
- Prepare, transform, and integrate data from various sources.
- Create measures and calculations using DAX.
- Build and optimise analytical data models, including star schemas, fact tables, dimension tables, and relationships.
- Write SQL queries and work with relational databases.
- Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service.
- Verify data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
