Requirements
- Have experience working with AI agents such as Claude Code or Codex, including delegating multiple tasks and reviewing agent output.
- Deliver working solutions independently from beginning to end.
- Present proposed solutions to the team for refinement and iteration.
- Know modern JVM technologies (21+) or similar technologies.
- Have experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
- Have experience with message queue systems such as Kafka.
- Have experience with microservices on Kubernetes or similar platforms.
- Be able to debug network issues and identify where problems occur.
- Understand how browsers work and communicate with backends.
- AdTech, e-commerce, or related-industry experience is a plus.
- Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests is a plus.
- Experience creating harnesses for agents is a plus.
- Big Data processing on BigQuery and large-scale systems experience is a plus.
- Frontend application development skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business goals and design solutions to address them.
- Develop the existing advertising system.
- Deploy and monitor applications in production.
- Run A/B tests and experiment with improvements to ad selection and other system aspects.
- Implement BigQuery data processing.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in a Kubernetes-based production environment.
