Requirements
- Have a four-year college degree (bachelor’s degree or higher).
- Have previously taken the MCAT and provide a copy of the official score report.
- Have a baseline MCAT score of 521 or higher.
- Be able to provide MCAT test preparation for the full exam and each section.
- Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Be comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment.
- Bring superior attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Have 1–2 years of previous teaching or tutoring experience (desired).
- Commit approximately 20 hours per week, including tutoring and preparation time.
Responsibilities
- Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT exam.
- Tailor an MCAT test-prep curriculum to students’ needs.
- Track and analyze student progress and performance.
- Create and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progress.
- Keep students’ families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestones.
