Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Know SAP HCM and have worked with modules related to Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), or Organizational Management (OM).
- Have experience programming in ABAP.
- Know SAP extensions such as User Exit and BAdI, and forms.
- Be able to analyze business requirements and develop system solutions in collaboration with the team.
- Be able to use technical documentation in English at a minimum B1 level.
- Nice to have: knowledge of ABAP OO.
- Nice to have: experience in HR projects or with personnel and payroll systems.
- Nice to have: familiarity with SuccessFactors, Fiori/UI5, Electronic Personnel Files, SAP Content Server, or BW HR.
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of system integrations or SAP BTP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP HCM supporting personnel, payroll, time management, and organizational-structure processes.
- Implement SAP HCM changes and improvements in line with business needs and applicable regulations.
- Contribute to end-to-end HR processes, from requirements analysis through implementation and testing.
- Design and develop SAP HCM infotypes, reports, forms, and extensions to standard functionality.
- Create and develop integrations between SAP HCM and external systems using SOAP and REST.
- Participate in development and modernization projects, including Fiori/UI5 solutions, new interfaces, and UX improvements.
- Maintain stable and efficient personnel and payroll processes.
- Work with analysts, business teams, and other IT teams on projects and new solutions.
