- Bring exceptional communication skills and strong sales aptitude.
- Use strong critical thinking skills.
- Handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads.
- Demonstrate a strong phone presence.
- Use high emotional intelligence with team members and clients.
- Be technologically savvy and able to learn new software rapidly.
- Preferred: 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, such as retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary during peak season (March–September).
- Work an average of 15–25 hours per week, with up to 40 hours per week during March–May.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound leads from lead form submissions and inbound calls.
- Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
- Provide service estimates via call, SMS, and email.
- Guide customers through the online portal order flow to book their moves.
- Promote additional services and service upgrades, and generate referrals.
