Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of IT experience.
- Have at least 3.5 years of experience working with data in AWS cloud, supported by commercial projects deployed to production.
- Have commercial experience processing large datasets with Databricks.
- Use SQL at an advanced level, including in Microsoft technology solutions.
- Know and competently apply Git and CI/CD methodologies.
- Have experience designing and optimizing data-processing solutions, including ETL and ELT, with technical designs and alternative solutions.
- Be able to monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot cloud environments, plan infrastructure, and estimate its cost.
- Know Delta Lake and Data Lakehouse concepts.
- Know SMP and MPP architectures and examples of solutions based on them.
- Understand migrating on-premise solutions to the cloud and basic migration types.
- Understand secure data storage and processing mechanisms in the cloud.
- Have strong knowledge of AWS services for data storage and processing.
- Have experience working directly with customers.
- Have Polish proficiency at C1 and English proficiency at B2.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for solutions developed together with the team.
- Create or modify data-processing solutions in the cloud.
- Create and update documentation.
- Analyze and optimize existing or planned systems.
- Analyze customer requirements to identify an optimal solution for business needs.
- Analyze potential risks.
- Adapt solutions to business requirements.
